<dcterms:temporal>There was an effort to find and include all surveys targeted to EMM respondents, including the few ones fielded prior to 2000. To the best of our knowledge, we have included all those available from mid 1990s onwards</dcterms:temporal>
<dc:coverage>We have covered all nation-wide surveys irrespective of sample size (some samples are indeed unknown). We can consider the encoded surveys to cover a great deal of the potential ones existing in Spain</dc:coverage>
<dc:coverage>The topics of the survey are particularly well suited for the study of the integration of EMMs in the country and the surveys include a sizeable number or EMM respondents (even if smaller than 400). Unfortunately, we have not had enough time to thoroughly incorporate all of the surveys of this kind</dc:coverage>

Sample design - full information: The fieldwork was limited to the regions with the largest presence of immigrants, namely Catalonia, Community of Madrid, Andalusia, Valencian Community and Canary Islands. Around 150 interviews were done in each region, only selecting the 3-4 country groups with the highest presence. The interviews in each region were proportionally distributed according, first, to the region of origin (continent) and, second, the country of origin. Individuals were contacted for their interviews through immigrants’ associations. A large number of the interviews were collected at the places of the associations, but also at other places (consulates, queues in public spaces, places of leisure) as well as on the street

Despite this, there were language issues specially with immigrants with Sub-Saharan and Asian background. Interviews to the Latin American respondents were held in Spanish. 7.6-7.7a: The questionnaire is not available and hence it is unknown whether it was provided in other language than in Spanish.
