The survey was commissioned by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC) and implemented by the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis Skopje (IDSCS). In addition to the general population survey, the researchers conducted on-line structured interviews with 24 experts (expert survey, N=24) In absence of a full overview of the questionnaire the operationalization of the target population and the minority related questions were determined using the publicly available survey report.
