However, due to challenges in obtaining information about general population surveys, particularly in terms of assessing whether or not EMMs participated, only select surveys have been covered. All respondents were asked the first eight sections. However, some questions within these sections were relevant only for specific respondent groups or where location sampling was applied. Filters were applied to a large proportion of the questions.
