The first reported date in which the Former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia participated in MICS is 1996, whereas the first reported date in which current Montenegro participated in MICS is 2006. 2.8: Since 1996, there has been 6 waves of the MICS. In 2013 and 2018, in addition to the normal survey (designed to have a nationally representative sample), there was additional survey conducted with a separate sample of Roma settlements. As such, the 2013 and 2018 waves should be understood as covering/including 2 separate surveys: 1 that has the nationally representative sample and 1 that has a sample of Roma settlements.
